That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of September 11, 2024 come to order at 6:30 p.m.

That this Public Meeting of Council held under Sections 17, 21, 34 and 51 of the Planning Act for the Draft Plan of Subdivision SU-2024-002, Official Plan Amendment OP-2024-004 & Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-2024-013 by Loft Planning Inc., on behalf of San Diego Homes Inc.; Draft Plan of Subdivision SU-2020-002 & Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-2020-017 by MHBC Planning, on behalf of Silver Paradise Midhurst Inc.; Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-2024-014 by J. Morgan on behalf of the owners of the subject lands; Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-2024-015 by R. Harris and Official Plan Amendment OP-2024-005 & Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-2024-016 Short Term Rental Accomodations be called to order at 6:32 PM.
