Special Council - Public Meeting

That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of October 11, 2023 come to order at 6:30 p.m.

That this Public Meeting of Council held under Section 34 of the Planning Act for municipal led Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-2023-015 (Shipping Containers) be called to order at 6:31 PM.

That this Public Meeting held under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P 13, as amended, on municipal led Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-2023-015 (Shipping Containers) does now adjourn at 6:42 PM.

That Council, having held a public meeting in accordance with Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P 13, as amended, on municipal led Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-2023-015 (Shipping Containers) having noted correspondence and input received, direct: That the application be

That the report from the Manager, Roads and Fleet regarding the Barrie Hill Road Asphalt Agreement dated October 11, 2023, be received, and, That Council enter into an agreement with John Eek and Son Limited to pave 480-meters of Barrie Hill Road from Sunnidale Road to its southern limit to Township standards; and, That a By-law be presented to Council for consideration and approval.

That the by-law listed herein be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk 2023-095 Paving Agreement (John Eek & Son Ltd.)

That By-law 2023-096 to confirm and adopt the proceedings of Council at the Special Meeting held on October 11, 2023 listed herein be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.

That the Special Meeting of the Township of Springwater does now adjourn at 6:48 p.m. to meet again in a Regular Meeting on October 18, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.
