Johnston, Official Plan Amendment application OP-2023-002 and Zoning By-law Amendment application ZB-2023-003 by Evostruct Developments Inc. and Official Plan Amendment application OP-2022-002 and Zoning By-law Amendment application ZB-2022-016 by Galibier Materials Inc. be called to order at 6:31 PM.

That this Public Meeting held under Section 17, 21 and 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P 13, as amended, on Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-2023-001 by K. and S. That the motion now before Council be amended as follows: Add And That Council hereby request the applicant delay its pursuit of an Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment for the expansion of the Lewis Pit until such a time that the province release its update to the Aggregate Supply and Demand report, slated for release in the 1st quarter of 2024. And Further That staff be requested to seek costs for an independent contractor to test the composition of the dust on neighbouring properties. And Further That staff be directed to seek a legal opinion regarding the proposed extraction setbacks, in relation to the requirements outlined in the Aggregates Resources Act.

That By-law 2023-039 to confirm and adopt the proceedings of Council at the Special Meeting held on April 12, 2023 listed herein be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
