That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act , 2001, the Corporation of the Township of Springwater does hereby resolve to move into Closed Session at 5:01p.m. for discussion pertaining to: Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose. Topic: Legal Advice regarding the Legislative Authority of the Minister to Implement the Barrie Annexation Proposal
