That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of October 15, 2025 come to order at 5:00 p.m.

That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act , 2001, the Corporation of the Township of Springwater does hereby resolve to move into Closed Session at 5:01 p.m. for discussion pertaining to: Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose. Topic: Legal Advice on the Use of Strong Mayor Powers related to the City of Barrie Boundary Adjustment
