That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of April 22, 2025 come to order at 4:30 p.m.

That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act , 2001, the Corporation of the Township of Springwater does hereby resolve to move into Closed Session at 4:31p.m. for discussion pertaining to: Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; A position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations
