That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of April 16, 2025 come to order at 4:00 p.m.

That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act , 2001, the Corporation of the Township of Springwater does hereby resolve to move into Closed Session at 4:01 p.m. for discussion pertaining to: information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board by Canada, a province or territory or a Crown agency of any of them; a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations
