Special Council - Closed Session

That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of September 18, 2024 come to order at 4:00 p.m.

That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act , 2001, the Corporation of the Township of Springwater does hereby resolve to move into Closed Session at 4:01 p.m. for discussion pertaining to:  A personal matter about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees;  Labour relations or employee negotiations;  Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board;  Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose. That the Council of the Township of Springwater does now rise from Closed Session at 5:54 p.m.

That the report from the Director of Public Works and Manager of People Safety, Learning and Employee Relations regarding winter maintenance on Old Second South, beyond Sutton Heights; be received. That the Special Meeting of the Township of Springwater does now adjourn at 6:15 p.m. to meet again in a Regular Meeting on September 18, 2024 at 6:45 p.m.
