That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of June 12, 2024 come to order at 6:00 p.m.

That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act , 2001, the Corporation of the Township of Springwater does hereby resolve to move into Closed Session at 6:01 p.m. for discussion pertaining to: A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board by Canada, a province or territory or a Crown agency of any of them; a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations
