That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of April 17, 2024 come to order at 4:30 p.m.

That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act , 2001, the Corporation of the Township of Springwater does hereby resolve to move into Closed Session at 4:31 p.m. for discussion pertaining to: Subsection 239(3)(b) - an ongoing investigation respecting the municipality, a local board or a municipally-controlled corporation by the Ombudsman appointed under the Ombudsman Act, an Ombudsman
