That the Regular meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of November 7, 2023 come to order at 4:02 p.m.

That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act , 2001, the Corporation of the Township of Springwater does hereby resolve to move into Closed Session at 4:03 p.m. for discussion pertaining to: a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations

That the Council of the Township of Springwater does now rise from Closed Session at 5:19 p.m.

That Council hereby approves the release of a statement on boundary adjustments relating to ongoing discussions with the City of Barrie. And Further That Council hereby direct that deliberations on this matter be included on the November 15, 2023 regular meeting agenda in open session; and, Further That the previous report requested from Council relating to this proposal be included on the November 15th agenda.
