That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of September 13, 2023 come to order at 4:00 p.m.

That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act , 2001, the Corporation of the Township of Springwater does hereby resolve to move into Closed Session at 4:01 p.m. for discussion pertaining to: educating or training the members and at the meeting, no member discusses or otherwise deals with any matter in a way that materially advances the business or decision-making of the council, local board or committee. Topic: Council Orientation - Responsibilities Under the Statuary Standard of Care – Safe Drinking Water Act & Minimum Maintenace Standards Under the Highway Traffic Act for Roads
