That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of March 15, 2023 come to order at 5:00 p.m.

That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act , 2001, the Corporation of the Township of Springwater does hereby resolve to move into Closed Session at 5:01 p.m. for discussion pertaining to: a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations
