That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of November 28, 2022 come to order at 5:00 p.m.

That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act , 2001, the Corporation of the Township of Springwater does hereby resolve to move into Closed Session at 5:01 p.m. for discussion pertaining to: educating or training the members and at the meeting, no member discusses or otherwise deals with any matter in a way that materially advances the business or decision-making of the council, local board or committee. Topic: Council Orientation - Code of Conduct/Municipal Conflict of Interest Act
