Special Council - Closed Session

That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of November 23, 2022 come to order at 5:00 p.m.

That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act , 2001, the Corporation of the Township of Springwater does hereby resolve to move into Closed Session at 5:01p.m. for discussion pertaining to:  A personal matter about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees. Topic:  Public Committee/Board Appointments (Agricultural Advisory Committee, Cultural and Heritage Advisory Committee, Committee of Adjustment, Springwater Public Library Board, Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee, Livestock Investigator and Fence-Viewers)  Community Assistance Program Application

That the Council of the Township of Springwater does now rise from Closed Session at 5:04 p.m.

That staff be directed to bring forward a by-law confirming public appointees to Committees of Council to the December 7, 2022 Regular Meeting.

That Council hereby approves the Community Assistance Program application 2022-01, in the amount of $3,500.

That By-law 2022-085 to confirm and adopt the proceedings of Council at the Special Meeting held on November 23, 2022 listed herein be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.

That the Special Meeting of the Township of Springwater does now adjourn at 6:01 p.m. to meet again in a Regular Meeting on November 23, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.
