That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, the Corporation of the Township of Springwater does hereby resolve to move into Closed Session at 5:02 p.m. for discussion pertaining to: A personal matter about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; Labour relations or employee negotiations.
