That in accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act , 2001, the Corporation of the Township of Springwater does hereby resolve to move into Closed Session at 5:01 p.m. for discussion pertaining to: A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board Topic: Craig Road Land Purchase
