That the presentation from the Georgian Bay Physician Recruitment regarding the 2025 budget request, be received; and That the 2025 Georgian Bay Physician Recruitment budget request in the amount of $4,000, be

That the program change in the amount of $6,000, be

That the presentation from the Barrie Area Physician Recruitment (BAPR) regarding the 2025 budget request, be received; and That the 2025 Barrie Area Physician Recruitment budget request in the amount of $8,000, be

That the motion now before Council be amended as follows: To strike out the budget request amount of $8,000 and replace with $10,000

That the presentation from the Barrie Area Physician Recruitment (BAPR) regarding the 2025 budget request, be received; and That the 2025 Barrie Area Physician Recruitment budget request in the amount of $10,000, be

That the presentation from the Elmvale Business Improvement Area regarding the budget update, be received.

That the presentation from the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority (NVCA) regarding the 2025 budget request be received; and That the 2025 NVCA operating levy request in the amount of $278,117 representing Springwater’s share, be

That the 2025 NVCA asset management levy request in the amount of $16,017 representing Springwater’s share, be

That the presentation from the Springwater Public Library regarding the 2025 budget request, be received; and That the 2025 Library operating budget request in the net amount of $982,729 be

That program change, Community Librarian in the amount of $78,065 be

That program change, Additional Hours in the amount of $26,764, be

That the presentation from the Severn Sound Environmental Association (SSEA) regarding the 2025 budget request be received; and That the 2025 SSEA operating levy request in the amount of $98,972 representing Springwater’s share, be

That the 2025 SSEA - Sustainable Severn Sound request in the amount of $12,914, plus HST non-recoverable portion, representing Springwater's share, be

That the 2025 SSEA - Orr Lake Quality Monitoring Survey request in the amount of $1,751, plus HST non-recoverable portion, representing Springwater's share, be

That the 2025 Operating Budget - Policing Services, in the amount of $2,998,731 be

That the motion now before Council be amended as follows: To add; That the Huronia West OPP Detachment Commander and/or their designate be requested to make a delegation to Council regarding services provided and rationale for the 24% increase for 2025 to the Township of Springwater.

That By-law 2024-092 to confirm and adopt the proceedings of Council at the Special Meeting held on November 18, 2024 listed herein be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.

That the Special Meeting of the Township of Springwater does now adjourn at 8:07 p.m. to meet again in a Regular Meeting on November 20, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.
