That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of April 22, 2025 come to order at 5:30p.m.

That the presentation regarding the significant weather event - ice storm recovery from the Director of Public Works and Infrastructure be received, and; That Council hereby direct staff to continue to monitor and collaborate with County cleanup efforts and implement the proposed plan should staff deem it required after a 2-week period to an upset limit of $100,000, and; That staff engage qualified contractors to assist in the cleanup of overhanging branches and limbs in public spaces.

That By-law 2025-037 to confirm and adopt the proceedings of Council at the Special Meeting held on April 22, 2025 listed herein be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.
