That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of April 7, 2025 come to order at 5:30 p.m.

That Council hereby direct staff to report back on the potential cost, funding sources, methods, and established timelines in assisting residents in a clean up effort of roadside brush debris by April 22, 2025; and, That staff report back on the details of qualified potential contractor(s) and services provided; and; That the fee for open burn permits be waived for 60 days.
