That the 2024 Operating Budget - Policing Services, in the amount of $2,424,238.00, be

That the presentation from the Barrie and Area Physician Recruitment (BAPR) regarding the 2024 budget request, be received; and That the 2024 BAPR budget request in the amount of $8,000, be

That the presentation from the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority (NVCA) regarding the 2024 budget request be received; and That the 2024 NVCA operating levy request in the amount of $215,957.77 representing Springwater’s share, be

That the 2024 NVCA asset management levy request in the amount of $9,955.42 representing Springwater’s share, be

That the presentation from the Severn Sound Environmental Association (SSEA) regarding the 2024 budget request be received; and That the 2024 SSEA operating budget request in the amount of $95,090.00 representing Springwater’s share, be

That the 2024 SSEA - Sustainable Severn Sound request in the amount of $12,724.00, plus HST non-recoverable portion, representing Springwater's share, be

That the presentation from the Springwater Public Library regarding the 2024 budget request, be received; and That the 2024 Library operating budget request in the net amount of $945,846.00 be

That program change, Community Librarian in the amount of $70,417.00 be

That the motion now before Council be

That program change, Strategic Plan in the amount of $5,000.00, be

That By-law 2023-106 to confirm and adopt the proceedings of Council at the Special Meeting held on November 13, 2023 listed herein be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.

That the Special Meeting of the Township of Springwater does now adjourn at 8:10 p.m. to meet again in a Regular Meeting on November 15, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.
