That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of October 4, 2023 come to order at 5:00 p.m.

That the report from the Chief Administrative Officer regarding the New Proposed Corporate Organizational Structure, dated October 4, 2023, be received; and, That Council authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to implement the new proposed Corporate Organizational Structure, as presented in Appendix A of this report, effective January 1, 2024; and That Council authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to immediately commence recruitment for a new Director of Public Works and Director of Recreation, Parks & Facilities; and, That a by-law authorizing the New Proposed Corporate Organizational Structure be presented at a future meeting of Council.
