That the report from Watson & Associates Economists Ltd., titled the 2022 Comprehensive User Fees and Charges Review Study, dated December 21, 2022, be received: and, That Council direct staff to incorporate the recommendations provided within the report for consideration within the 2023 Operating Budget.
