That the Special meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of September 26, 2022 come to order at 6:33 p.m.

That this Public Meeting of Council held under Sections 34 and 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P 13, as amended, for Subdivision Application SU-2022-001 and Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-2022-011 by S. Godfrey Co. Limited, Subdivision Application SU-2021-001 and Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-2021-001 by Old Second South Inc. and under Section 34 of the Planning Act for Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-2022-013 by Fernbrook Crystal (Hillsdale) Ltd. be called to order at 6:35 PM.

That the report from the Planner regarding OP-2021-003 & ZB-2021-006, dated September 26, 2022 be received; and, That Council adopt the Official Plan Amendment (OPA) as it is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement (2020), conforms to the Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe (2020), the County of Simcoe Official Plan and the Township of Springwater Official Plan; and, That the amendment be submitted to the County of Simcoe for approval subject to minor modifications; and, That the implementing Zoning By-law be submitted to Council for adoption subject to the approval of the Official Plan Amendment by the County of Simcoe.

That the Special Meeting of the Township of Springwater does now adjourn at 8:50 p.m. to meet again in a Regular Meeting on October 5, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.
