That the presentation regarding the IT Master Plan, presented by John Naas, Blackline Consulting, be received; and That Council hereby approve the IT Master Plan; and, That staff be directed to report back to Council regarding initiatives 1-11 outlined in the IT Master Plan 2022-2027 Report and recommendations 1-4 outlined in the Confidential Report - IT Operating Model.
