That the presentation regarding the Service Delivery Review - Recommendations Report, presented by Jessica Cryer of CSPN, be received; and That Council hereby approve the Service Delivery Review - Recommendations Report; and, That staff be directed to report back to Council regarding recommendations 1-5, as outlined in the report.
