That the Regular meeting of the Council of the Township of Springwater of March 5, 2025 come to order at 6:30 p.m.

That this Public Meeting of Council held under Sections 34 and 51 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P 13, as amended, for Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-2024-018 by J. Nethery on behalf of the owners of the subject lands, and; for a Redline Revision RR-2025-001 by MHBC on behalf of the owners of the subject lands, be called to order at 6:35 PM.

That this Public Meeting held under Sections 34 and 51 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P 13, as amended, for Zoning By-law Amendment ZB-2024-018 by J. That the correspondence dated February 19, 2025 from the Midhurst Landowners Group Inc., be received for information. That the report from the Deputy Clerk regarding the Huronia West OPP Detachment Board Terms of Reference dated March 5, 2025, be received; and, That a by-law to adopt the Huronia West OPP Detachment Board Terms of Reference be presented for consideration at the March 5, 2025 Regular Meeting of Council.

That the report from the Planner regarding ZB-2024-020 (Imhoff) dated March 5, 2025, be received; and, That By-law 5000-403 be presented to Council for consideration and approval on March 5, 2025.

That the report from the Junior Planner regarding Request for Extension of Draft Plan Approval related to Township File No. SU-2015-002 (PGC Industrial Subdivision) be received; and That Council approve a one (1) year extension of draft plan approval.

That the report from the Development Engineering Technologist concerning the reduction of securities for the Stonemanor Woods development dated March 5, 2025, be received; and, That securities amounting to $2,053,767.50 be released and returned to Stonemanor Woods Holding Corp.

That the report from the Director of Recreation, Parks and Facilities regarding the 2025 Parks and Recreation Master Plan Update, dated March 5, 2025, be received; and, That Council adopts the 2025 Parks and Recreation Master Plan, as presented.

That the motion now before Council be

That the by-laws listed herein be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk 2025-025 Establish Terms of Reference for Huronia West OPP Detachment Board 5000-403 ZBA-2024-020 - 1954 Flos Road 8 West

That By-law 2025-026 to confirm and adopt the proceedings of Council at the Regular Meeting held on March 5, 2025 listed herein be signed and sealed by the Mayor and Clerk.

That the Regular Meeting of the Township of Springwater does now adjourn at 8:41 p.m. to meet again in a Regular Meeting on March 19, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.
