Recreation Advisory Committee

THAT this meeting of the Springwater Recreation Advisory Committee do now come to order at 7:00 p.m.

THAT the Springwater Recreation Advisory Committee minutes of February 15, 2012 be approved as presented.

THAT the presentation form Rusty Barrese, Recreation Leisure Services Ltd. be received.

THAT the Recreation Programs report be received.

THAT the Grant Applications report be received.

THAT the Special Events report be received.

THAT the verbal update regarding Elmvale Minor Baseball be received.

THAT the Recreation Programs Performance Measurement Program information be

THAT the February 2012 ice time use report be received.

THAT the North Simcoe Junior Farmers be granted permission to rent the Elmvale Community Arena, July 7, 2012 to host their baseball tournament dance; and THAT a $1,000.00 damage deposit plus the rental fee be paid in full prior to the event date; and THAT a security plan be submitted for approval.

THAT this meeting of the Springwater Recreation Advisory Committee do now adjourn at 7:45 p.m. to meet again Wednesday April 18, 2012 @ 7:00 p.m. at the Springwater Administration Centre, Minesing.
