THAT this meeting of the Springwater Recreation Advisory Committee do now come to order at 7:30 p.m.

THAT the November 2011 ice time use report be received.

THAT the request to dedicate skating time at no charge for Home School children be denied.

THAT the Recreation Programs report be received.

THAT the Grant Applications report be received.

THAT the Special Events report be received.

THAT the verbal update from the Director of Recreation, Parks and Properties regarding the Elmvale Meadows and Stonegate Park playground equipment installations be received.

THAT staff proceed as directed regarding future parks and playground installations.

THAT staff proceed as directed.

THAT this meeting of the Springwater Recreation Advisory Committee do now adjourn at 8:25 p.m. to meet again Wednesday January 18, 2012 @ 7:30 p.m. at the Springwater Administration Centre, Minesing.
