EDHS Donation Fund Ad Hoc Committee

That this meeting of the Elmvale District High School Donation Fund Ad Hoc Committee come to order at 2:14 p.m.

That the November 19, 2025 Minutes of the Elmvale District High School Donation Fund Ad Hoc Committee be approved as presented.

That the Committee recommends Council allocate an upset limit of $32,000.00 towards fitness equipment for the EDHS Fitness Centre from the EDHS Fundraising Efforts account.

That the Committee requests Council direct Staff to report back on a Township service enhancement to open the upgraded EDHS fitness centre for public access.

That the Committee tentatively earmark an upset limit of $185,215.44 from the EDHS Fundraising Efforts account to be put towards fit trail equipment, and That the Committee work with a SCDSB project coordinator to obtain a design plan and report back on costs at the next Committee meeting for formal endorsement.

That the Committee tentatively remove Item 4.3 Bike Racks and Bike Repair Station(s) in Elmvale from funding considerations pending balancing of donation funds at the next Committee meeting.

That the January 14, 2026, meeting of the Elmvale District High School Donation Fund Ad Hoc Committee does now adjourn at 3:01 p.m.
