The Legislative - Records Coordinator called the meeting of the Elmvale District High School Donation Fund Ad Hoc Committee to order at 2:02 p.m.

That the Committee requests Staff report back on the potential dispensation of funds to be utilized by the Elmvale District High School and within the Elmvale settlement area for both student and community use.

That the Committee recommends Council allocate an upset limit of $25,000.00 from the EDHS Fundraising Efforts account to be provided to Elmvale District High School for upgraded volleyball systems.
