That this meeting of the Township of Springwater Cultural and Heritage Advisory Committee come to order at 5:34 p.m.

That the November 13, 2025, Minutes of the Township of Springwater's Cultural and Heritage Advisory Committee be approved as presented.

That the Memo from the Legislative-Records Coordinator regarding Opening the Hillsdale Lock-up be received as information.

That the Committee receive the following as information: 1. Plaques and Monuments Article Series: First Meeting of Flos Township Council 2. Inventory of Plaques and Monuments, and That the Plaques and Monuments Article Series: First Meeting of Flos Township Council be published on the Township website and promoted via the Township's social media platforms in time for Ontario Heritage Week 2026.

That the report from the Legislative – Records Coordinator regarding the Cultural & Heritage Advocate Award dated February 9, 2026, be received as information, and; Cultural and Heritage Advisory Committee February 9, 2026 Page 2 of 4 That a working group of Committee members report back to the Committee with a draft policy for further consideration.

That the Committee request Staff promote the Township's heritage inventory via the Township's social media channels for Ontario Heritage Week 2026.

That the February 9, 2026, meeting of the Township of Springwater Cultural and Heritage Advisory Committee does now adjourn at 6:52 p.m.
