Committee of Adjustment

That this Committee of Adjustment meeting held on September 25, 2024 come to order at 6:00pm.

That the Committee of Adjustment minutes dated August 21, 2024 be adopted as presented.

That the Committee of Adjustment, having given consideration to the applicable provisions of Section 45 of the Planning Act, the Official Plan of the Township of Springwater, the characteristics of the land in question and its surroundings as addressed in the Planning Report on the application dated September 25, 2024, the correspondence received and information presented at the hearings held on September 25, 2024, and the discussion on the matter, hereby APPROVE application A26/24.

That the Committee of Adjustment, having given consideration to the applicable provisions of Section 45 of the Planning Act, the Official Plan of the Township of Springwater, the characteristics of the land in question and its surroundings as addressed in the Planning Report on the application dated September 25, 2024, the correspondence received and information presented at the hearings held on September 25, 2024, and the discussion on the matter, hereby APPROVE application A27/24.

That the Committee of Adjustment, having given consideration to the applicable provisions of Section 45 of the Planning Act, the Official Plan of the Township of Springwater, the characteristics of the land in question and its surroundings as addressed in the Planning Report on the application dated September 25, 2024, the correspondence received and information presented at the hearings held on September 25, 2024, and the discussion on the matter, hereby APPROVE application A29/24.

That this Committee of Adjustment meeting held on September 25, 2024 does now adjourn at 6:59pm.
