Agricultural Advisory Committee

That this meeting of the Township of Springwater Agricultural Advisory Committee come to order at 7:11 p.m.

That the February 10, 2025, Minutes of the Township of Springwater Agricultural Advisory Committee be approved as presented.

That the Legislative - Records Coordinator provide the Agricultural Advisory Committee with a map of the proposed re-zoning area, being Highway 93 from Forbes Road to Highway 11 at Crown Hill to the 400 Extension, in preparation of correspondence to be drafted at the next Committee meeting; and That "Correspondence to Council of Re-Zoning Highway 93 from Forbes Road to Highway 11 at Crown Hill to the 400 Extension" be added as an Action Item for the next Committee Meeting.

That the Agricultural Advisory Committee recommend Council make non- exempt agricultural products exempt from reduced load restrictions on all Township roads going forward; and That the Agricultural Advisory Committee recommend Council submit correspondence to the County of Simcoe requesting that they consider making non-exempt agricultural products exempt from reduced load restrictions on all County Roads.

That the Agricultural Advisory Committee recommend Council submit correspondence to the County of Simcoe requesting that carts and service be provided upon request to agricultural properties with a functioning shop where consistent agricultural business is being conducted. That the April 8, 2025, meeting of the Township of Springwater Agricultural Advisory Committee does now adjourn at 8:50 p.m.
