That this meeting of the Township of Springwater Agricultural Advisory Committee come to order at 7:35 p.m.

That the April 24, 2024, Minutes of the Township of Springwater Agricultural Advisory Committee be approved as presented.

That the report from the Committee Coordinator regarding the feasibility of a drainage committee dated July 9, 2024, be received; and That should Council decide to proceed with the establishment of a drainage committee, the Agricultural Advisory Committee requests the following provisions in the Terms of Reference under the responsibilities of the Drainage Committee: A.[insert text] B.[insert text] C.[insert text] Amended Resolution Resolution Moved by Fisher Seconded by Spring Resolution Moved by: Fisher Seconded by Spring That the report from the Committee Coordinator regarding the feasibility of a drainage committee dated July 9, 2024, be received; and, That the Agricultural Advisory Committee requests, should Council decide to proceed with the establishment of a drainage committee: That the responsibilities of such a committee be incorporated into the Agricultural Advisory Committee Terms of Reference; and, That the Court of Revision (three or five members), be appointed from the Committee at the commencement of the term.
