That this meeting of the Township of Springwater Agricultural Advisory Committee come to order at 7:30 p.m.

That the March 5, 2024, Minutes of the Township of Springwater Agricultural Advisory Committee be approved as presented.

That the Township of Springwater Agricultural Advisory Committee hereby requests the Township of Springwater Council refer any proposals relating to settlement area boundary expansions, municipal border boundary adjustments, as well as, cross-border servicing agreements impacting agricultural lands to the Committee for comments. And that Council hereby recognizes the importance of agriculturally zoned lands and sets a precedence with prioritizing the protection of agriculture within Springwater.

Whereas The Township of Springwater Agricultural Advisory Committee having reviewed the Proposed Provincial Planning Statement Amendments, directs as follows: That The Committee hereby supports the Proposed Provincial Planning Statement amendments. And Further That the Committee's comments be included in the subsequent staff report scheduled to be presented to Council at the May 1, 2024 Regular Meeting.
